CoolRiftGames was created under Riot Games' "Legal Jibber Jabber" policy using assets owned by Riot Games. Riot Games does not endorse or sponsor this project. League of Legends and all related logos, characters, names, and distinctive likenesses are trademarks or registered trademarks of Riot Games, Inc.

5. No Guarantees; Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that any particular rating, ranking, or outcome will result from using the Services.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CoolRiftGames and Perrys Industries LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the Services. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Services is to stop using them.
